Add Preview option

This should use the preview and report_time flags to get a time estimate for the current plot.

Considerations:

• an option to output the file too
• option to preview the resume as well as full plot
• clear the estimate when options change (file, speed, model)

Add Speed setting

This probably only needs to control speed_pendown. Do people care about pen up speed?

This value is expressed as a percentage of maximum travel speed. Allowed values: Integers from 1 to 110.

This might work as a slider.

Add Layers option

For layered SVGs, choose which layer to plot.

Considerations:

• because I don't know how many layers there are in the file (do I?) this probably needs to be a text field rather than a dropdown
• How to clearly communicate single layer setting vs. "all"
