The functionality for arbitrage trader in the second substep does not return any action and needs to be investigated.

Notebook shows how stochastic fit was found, switch to an automated process for fitting in the future.

I am going to need to come back to deal with this later but right now the data pull only works in terms of pulling the most recent 6K swaps, and the mints+burns which are within that date range. I can possibly define a way to get ahead of the issue with the skip being limited to only 6,000 or find a specific way to find only one date at a time.
