Add function to set the size of the grid

Improve lexis grid

The aspect ratio of the axes needs fixed to ensure right-angled triangles.
In another hand, when load non-equivalent ranges of years/age the grid is broke.

add __version__

It would be great support persist the data.
Another functionality could be to calculate all the subtotals (perhaps in another issue).

format strings deaths

Must be compact short format:
1 -> 1
10 -> 10
100 -> 100
1000 -> 1K
10000 -> 10K
100000 -> 100K
1000000 -> 1M
...

Include values of births and deaths

It could be two functions: One to add_deaths with this parameters:

• cohort (year of birth)
• year
• age
• number of deaths;

and another add_births only with the year.

Visualize like this:

Create new release

• better images (all with the same size)
• clear README.md and make another .md files
• ...

Move __plot_by_coords to commons.py

I think this could be a common function for plotting anything on the diagram.
