Using v2 of the BYU header and footer components in React.js and the lastest version of the byu-user-info-oauth the sign in button will momentarily be at the left side and then jump to the right side of the screen.

Reproduce:

I am developing a CPMS web app on a local server. This is not always happening, but it occurs occasionally. After a few seconds from logging in, the browser indicates that I am logged out as sign out changes to sign in on the header. It doesn't seem like I am actually logged out.

I am importing the script into the index.js file of my React App and I get this displayed on mobile
