Rotor sampling arrays are not scaling when the number of rotor samples is increased. I think a model_option needs to be added to initialize the sampling arrays to the correct size.

I am unable to match the experimental or analytical $x_0$ results as published by BPA using the functions given. This is a fairly simple functions, but from what I can tell there is either an error in the publication or in the code that generated or the results. changing Bastankhah 2016 eq. 6.16 to $\frac{x_o}{d} = \frac{\cos{\gamma}\big[1 - \sqrt{1-C_T}\big]}{\sqrt{2}\big[\alpha^ I + \beta^ \big[1-\sqrt{1-C_T}\big]\big]}$ brings the results much closer, but still not as good as I would like. Using TI of 0.08 also brings the results into closer agreement. Considering if the TI reported in % should have been reported in decimal (less than 0.1 vs less than 0.1%).
