远程工作和以前公司是的工作量的差别有多少呢？
像我自己的话，在公司可能就是按一个需求一个需求来，我是前端就只关注前端的页面开发，等后端接口好了再去联调，项目进度上有人跟进推动。
远程工作后，工作方面会不会变得更多，比如像运维、部署、设计、进度推动、人员协调这些可能都要操心了。如果万一没能完成指定任务一般是怎么解决的呢？
