The goal of this project is to implement a Question Answering (QA) system that answers causal type questions. We use Wikipedia as a knowledge base, extracting answers to user questions from the articles.

Issue regarding configuration file and Wikipedia dump

Hi,
I have installed all packages using pip, but after running the main file, I am getting an error regarding configuration of finding location of Wikipedia dump file, the snapshot of which is attached. Please help me to start the project.

Package the script with `setup.py`

Currently all project dependencies have to be installed manually. This is a time consuming process that can be easily modified with the help of distribute and pip.

Note: I have only recently become familiar with creating a setup.py file to create packages, otherwise I would have done this from the beginning!
