Needs to flush Telemetry client when listener is going away
I believe because telemetry data gets buffered, if using this listener in (for example) a console application, if the console application runs, logs some things, and then exits prior to the buffered telemetry being sent up to App Insights, the log entries are never sent up.
I believe the solution is to force a .Flush() on the Telemetry Client when disposing(?) the listener, to guarantee that all messages are logged.
I cannot see any other way to resolve this; I don't want AutoFlush, I just want all log entries sent up, even if my program exited before they were uploaded.
