Test page is not showing any widgets and throws some errors.

Save button on the form must not post data to the server, but fire an event using the dojo/on module. Event's name should be "submit", and it must contain a parameter with name "data" which is serialized data of the form. If the form is not valid when user clicks the button, no event must be raised and no dialog boxes should be shown.

In dojogp / views / applicant / search / ShortVacancySummary.js, line 8, there is no need to inherit from these two mixins. _View has been already inherited from _WidgetBase and _Templated.

I think it's the last issue =)
Can you make arrows in Carousel widget made as images, not '<' and '>' characters?

In dojogp / views / applicant / search / ShortVacancySummary.js, line 50, you can use hash() function from dojo/hash module.

CSS files should be placed into the 'resources' subdirectory, not into the 'templates'. Example:
