Fully support document resources.

Investigate the resource.

Currently, when an error occurs during api calls, we only return the error and set the expected struct and response return variables as nil. This is a problem because if an error occurs we can't read the actual api response and therefore can't debug the problem. Find a way to fix this.

It should be "openid"

Fully support activities resource

The Activities Resource provides a method to retrieve a full description of an Activity from the LRS. This resource has Concurrency controls associated with it.

Loads the complete Activity Object specified.
