in 6.0.0 normalize.css has removed every opinionated rule (necolas/normalize.css@b5f0e9d)

We should consider re-adding the ones we like.

I would re-add:

• default font-family should be sans-serif (sounds safe for buildo)
• default line-height should be 1.15
• remove margin from body in all browsers

PS: I think we can safely ignore the other removed rules

requirements

fullscreen apps require additional normalization as we want main tag wrapper to occupy 100% of the screen and we usually want to remove the window-bounce effect on OSX.
