Sometimes you need to use LiveData.observeForever, but this is a terrible method name, so use the LiveData.subscribe together LiveCompositeDisposable.addand LiveCompositeDisposable.clear just like with RxJava.

NOTE: LiveData.subscribe will ignoe null emission values.
