when generating a template without documenting envrionment variables weird output.

don't install a SWG, instead create USG on first run by using the conf-dir generator.

don't rely on hard links for linking files.
Instead make regular copies of the files (overwrite the oldest).
Add an optional argument to the --link option, that takes a path relative to the root of the generator directory. to create a new link.

include awklib internally in script (using awk-lib generator) instead of installing the files on the system. this will improve portability and make for easier installs.
