Hi,

I"d like to port your code as a built in library into a new hardware definition I've been working on, to add the Maple (and mini) and generic STM32F1xx boards to the Arduino 1.5.x IDE

I'm just using files created by bobcousins (https://github.com/bobc/maple-asp) which he based on the original Maple IDE hardware files.

Anyway, I see with your library that I need to replace the original rcc files with your new ones.

Would it be possible to tell me why this has to be done, as I don't want to add them, only to find it has broken something else.

I've added the folder to the library folder in maple, and it shows up in my libraries list. I'm using the Olimexino STM32 board. I also replaced the original rcc.h and rcc.c files in my maple lib with the ones in this library and I end up getting quite a few multiple definition errors, even though I see they're only defined once. Any ideas?
