Installation

Firefox

1. Install Greasemonkey

null / null pages not updating

when refreshing and when it auto-refreshes it still does not retain the current stats accurately.

some threads stay at null/null for extended periods of time, other times it may show up 50 posts in.

Sometimes thread links are outdated and even though still showing up, only lead to dead links and 404's

tripfag finder can't remember window location

tripfag finder can't remember window location.

if you want the location to be "bottom of page, left side" every time then you have to change it every time.

please fix this.

also i'm using chromiumportable 31.0.1650.8 (226087), tampermonkey legacy 3.9.202, and tripfag-fidner 2.3.0 for tampermonkey, if that means anything.
(also please dont' tell me to "'up'date". version 32 has drop-down menu's broken, after version 32 you can't copy-paste and retain extension data, etc..)

apparently the newer versions of tirpfag thread finder have had this issue since it stopped appearing in the bottom-left corner by default.

i had the same problem in firefox 28. so i didn't update to fix it. it seems to be an isolated incident for tirpfag-finder.

so i decided to namefag and post. also i remember hearing about this having some option to allow anonymous users to post. maybe turn that on, too.

i hope you or someone who will fix this sees this and finally fixes this after all this time and i'm not wasting my time doing this. so. again.

please fix this as fast as possible.

Error loading threads, try refreshing

For the last two days I have been getting a red bar at the top of my browser saying Tripfag-Finder: Error loading threads. Try Refreshing. So I tried refreshing but nothing happened. The box where the threads normally are is there and so is the refresh button. There is a blue link that says "Finder options" as well. Once or twice in the last two days I've seen the thread marker drop down, but that too is gone now.

I do not know what happened as I never monkey with it. I did try reinstalling firefox as well as deleting Greasemonkey, 4chanx, 4chanx namesync, and Tripfag finder but reinstalling them did not work.

I am using Firefox 54.0.1.
Tripfag finder 2.3.0

Any help you could offer would be appreciated.

malformed url reedirection

originaly when clicking on a marked thread it would keep you on the same http as you were

for example when it was working normally
i'd be in a thread i'd click to another thread easily
but now
instead of staying in https where all my scripts work on it takes me to the http version of the thread
