Improve README to describe how a developer can set up the project.

Allow people to select quotes to show on a single page. Save this data in local storage

A simple navbar, the CSS is already there. Links should be:

• All quotes
• About page
• Github repo maybe?

The refesh button should stay and be bold/black, the rest of the links grey to fade into the background

Next and previous can just go to the next element in the array of quotes (they should already be sorted by book and section number)
