Add Greek national rules

Is it posible to add also the Greek national rules as it is in the below link from black seas group?

Its only 2 characters, 2 ships and a restrict amount of line ships.

Russian ships wrong points

Describe the bug
Based on the hold fast rules the russian ships are 10% cheaper
So for example a Russian frigate instead of 150 points should start with 150 - 10%*150 = 135 rounding down which is 130

Just started playing Black Seas and noticed a couple of issues with BSData/black-seas. I've fixed the things I noticed and added in all the national special rules to my local version, but I'd like to get it added to the github please.

Characters are upgrades

Describe the bug
Based on the faq

UPGRADES & POINTS at Q2
A special character is to be considered as upgrade.
So a frigate for example that is a Medium ships can take only 2 upgrades. But now in the current data version you can select 2 upgrades and a Character which is wrong and no validation error is triggered.

Wrong Points

Several point issues:

Barque is 80 points not 70
Cutter renamed to Cutter (Large) for uniformity.
Galleon points from 90 to 130
Gun Ketch profile needs adding [S 1H-1L - - 20 Red 5 7 70]
4th Rate (Razeed) need changing to 200points
