Change freeze method

Planning to change freeze method to use a right click trigger event to freeze and unfreeze time instead of placing entity on block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Shoot arrow
2. Freeze time

Expected Outcome
Arrow should stay completely still while frozen, and not flicker or shake.

Real Outcome
Arrow shakes eratically, and tends to shake more the slower the arrow is shot.

Optimisation to freezing

Change the way the motion of entites are nulled using store and scores by only running once, allowing client or server to suffer less updates per tick.

Allow freeze to work globally

Instead of freezing time dependant of if there is an entity, make it work no matter what, so you can also for example freeze the weather cycle / daylight cycle.
