Using A.I. to detect Faces cool looking effect

Motivation

I was messing with OpenCV and wanted to recreate sci-fi A.I. effect for a video I was putting together. Think 2001: A Space Odyssey evil A.I. or the robot from Interstellar.

Build status

Worked for my needs. Will try to keep updated on changes

Lemme know if anything doesn't make sense. I'll try and keep up with this, but life happens.
