此专题从设计到制作到最后上线都是我一个人操办的，亮点是设计及页面向下滚动到一定距离后，下方会出现工具栏，工具栏固定在浏览器窗口底部，而且此工具栏有两重，第二重是导航栏，在看不见页面原有的导航栏时会出现
因为制作时间赶，并且是我第一次制作一个网页，所以这个专题里除了第一页的前两个方块内的内容是元素排版的，其它大多都是图片
