Issue Tracker Front-end


Issue Tracker Front-end handles the UI front-end for the Issue Tracker application. This Issue Tracker stores issues created by users. User can add comments to issues until they are ready to resolve the issue. Resolved issues can be viewed and re-opened if needed.

Installation

  • To run this app on a local server:
  1. Fork this repo and then clone to your local environment using https://github.com/stennity8/issue-tracker-frontend.git
    for SSH or [email protected]:stennity8/issue-tracker-frontend.git for HTTPS
  2. cd into the newly created issue-tracker-frontend folder.
  3. Run npm install
  4. Make sure the Issue Tracker API is running on http://localhost:3000/ and then run npm start
  5. Navigate to the localhost that you are directed to in the output. This is usually http://localhost:8080/ but could be different based on your settings.
