Brick

Incubator for PHP components under development.

Once a component reaches sufficient maturity, it will be moved to its own repository and composer package, and enter a beta phase. For this reason, this repository will never contain releases.

The incubator can be included in your project using Composer. Just define the following requirement in your composer.json file:

Feel free to use the incubator for your own use/research, but please note that the API can, and will, change at any time. Components can also disappear at any time.

std's Issues

Remove BOM in CsvFileIterator

When reading a file with an UTF-8 BOM (or any other BOM, for that matter) , the BOM is part of the fgetcsv() read, which corrupts the header row:

• the BOM is part of the first column's name
• if an enclosure character (e.g. ") is used, it's not detected for the first column name

Note sure whether removing the BOM should be part of this library, or whether we should rely on a filter.

Catch curl_error result

I think we should catch the curl_error after executing the Curl::execute method.

Add Xml inside std package

As title, I think we can implement the Xml adapter to process XML file format inside this package.

Add decoder feature inside std package

It's about issue #6, I think we can implement URL decode, base64 decode, base32 decode, base 58 decode and etc.

Add Encoder feature inside std package

As title, we can implement the Encoder to process the encode work.

Such as URL encode, base64 encode, base32 encode, base58 encode and so on.
