[Feature] Sending some argument to parsers

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, you can say to the normalizer to parse the data following to type of rule:

1. Function
2. String (Name of the parser)

If you want for example to split a string to an array you must create a parser as function at each time you need to split a string.

The solution can be something like that:

b12normalizer.normalize({stringToSplit: 'Split,Me,At,Each,Comma'}, {stringToSplit: {type: 'split', arguments: {splitChar: ','}}

[Feature] Accepting any type of argument for the `normalize` method

Currently, you can only send array or object to the normalize method.

The goal of this issue is to manage the differents types of arguments in this method.
