interactive command line configuration would be nice

support for only a single build is assumed until multiple are supported.
ie:

$: buildblink setup
enter Teamcity host (ip / host & port only):

USB Connections are sometimes flakey over USB extension cables.

Also - when an HTTP request is sent to the build server exceptions are not handled.

First - clean up code.

BiuldProcess "set" blink state methods can overlap and rely on pollInterval timing. It works for the most part, but there's no single responsibility for making the light blink.

Suggested Fix:
Remove dependence on 'stopFlashing' variable, and move to a "Current Build State" singleton that can accept a new state.

I'd like to expand upon BuildBlink a bit more and would love to chat about how we can work together. I've added in Jenkins, ConcourseCI, CircleCI and merged Greg Stewart's Codeship.
