(Potentially an awesome library, thanks!). I was just trying to run the example and got the following error when running async_echo_server:

I am running this on macOS (Catalina). Any clue, am I missing something?

Any particular reason why it would be hard to do?

I will give it a try and submit a PR if I succeed, but my asio + move internals chops are not super great.... ;-)

The trial::datagram::socket::invoke_handler functions do not use the executor associated with the handle, which is needed for defer() to work optimally.
