The steps to test gear


(1) build docker

gearName=calthick
gearPath=/Users/jojo/Desktop/work/flywheel/gearJojo/gears. ## the directory of gears
docker build --tag $gearName $gearPath






(2) edit manifest.json

Especially the custom block
        "custom": {
                "gear-builder": {
                        "category": "analysis",
                        "image": "calthick:latest"    ### calthick is from $gearName, latest is from TAG (which is output of “docker images")
                }
        }




(3) login in fw

fw login $APIKEY ### your APIKEY 



(4) testing the gear locally

fw gear local --T1=100113_T1.nii.gz --Sub=100113
