Hey Geoff,
thanks for the detailed ticket! I can see how an easy export to JSON of a gamestate would be helpful for tools like yours. Alignment is something that is not tracked in the game, but to make up for it the export could contain all reminder tokens, including those that say "Evil" and "Good". Unfortunately I currently don't have a lot of time to work on this project and given that this is a feature request that won't be useful for most of our players, I'd rank it pretty low on the todo list. But I'll try to get around to add it in the future at some point. :-)
