Drafting the Liberland Constitution

This Repository chronicles the drafting of the Liberland Constitution. Until the Constitution is drafted and adopted in a Referendum, the Articles of the Provisional Government of Liberland act as the supreme law of the land.

Please visit the discussions to propose changes and new institutes. You can open new Issues to notify us about a possible problem or a need for a change.

The drafting takes place in a Google Doc. The various milestones are then converted to markdown and uploaded to this Repository, and so will be the final draft. The Constitution shall take force after Liberland Citizens adopt it in a Referendum.

You may find the current version of the Constitution in this repository.

The historical versions of the Constitution are to be found in the following documents, for your reference:

1. The Constitution before the 2022 anniversary milestone is to be found in this document.
2. The Constitution before the Floating Man revision of 2022 in this document.
3. The Constitution before the simplification review, with the changes noted in it this document.
4. The Q2-Q3 version can be found in this document.
