eurorack's Issues

Feedback range differs from stock Clouds

It seems the feedback range pot is scaled different from the stock/uburst types. Anything above 10 o'clock becomes a mess where the stock control you have to go almost to the end to get to that point..

Certain modes not saved between power cycles

After selecting an alternative mode on Parasites it is remembered between power cycles. (ie. Change mode on Monsoon, power off the rack, power on the rack) BUT for some reason modes 3 & 4 are not remembered. Instead, Monsoon boots to mode 1 if the last mode was 3 and to mode 2 if the last mode was 4. This behaviour is now confimed on Monsoon Parasites and Kammerl and on two different builds (of mine) with at least half a year of time between builds. Also this does not happend on regular Clouds.

Rings Live: Unable to access variant FX modes while in Disastrous Peace mode

Issue:
Normally when in Disastrous Peace mode on Rings you can change between the standard FX and variant FX with a long-press of the Mode button. But in Rings Live a long-press of the mode button takes you out of the easter egg mode and back to one of the standard modes.

Details:
It seems that when you enter Disastrous Peace mode it automatically puts you in the alternate FX mode corresponding to whichever mode you were in. So if the module is in Western Chords mode (flashing orange mode LED) and you perform a long-press on the mode button to activate Disastrous Peace mode, the orange light remains flashing and the module is in the variant FX mode for the chorus (flashing orange light). At this point if you short-press the mode button it will take you to the standard FX option for that color (the primary chorus FX, solid orange LED) and any more short presses on the mode button cycle through the primary FX options. And of course a long-press on the mode button takes the module out of Disastrous Peace mode and back to one of the standard modes.

There seems to be no way to activate the variant FX options again once you are in Disastrous Peace mode.

I'm using an nRings, if that makes any difference.

Desired Behaviour:
It would be great if a short-press of the mode button would cycle through both primary and variant FX when in Disastrous Peace mode.

Thank you very much for this alt firmware, it's fantastic to be able to get into Disastrous Peace mode without messing up my tuning!

reverse encoder

Hey would it be possible to create a separate .wav file for DIY modules with the reversed encoder? I know the fix in the encoder.h file is simple, but I can't personally figure out how to recompile my changes into a new .wav to play into my DIY braids.
