The chatbot will be able to run in two mods

1. Ask for a job where the user tells exactly what jobs targets
2. The user ask for a test and a dialog will be made between user and chatbot trying to get the job profile. In the end, the user will be informed about his profile and he can ask for jobs for that profile or can use mode 1
