Offset Edges failure

Hi and happy new year.
I have some issues wth your addon. The offset edges alignes not anymore.
Here is an example:

Mesh Offset makes Blender 2.9 crash

Blender 2.90
Windows 10

Blender crashes when using Edge > Offset Edges > Extrude.
Crash doesn't occur when going that way:
Edge > Offset Edges > Move (or Offset) and only changing method to Extrude from Adjust Last Operation window.

A possible workaround is to go to Add-on Preferences and uncheck INTERACTIVE.
It will not crash then.

Import Module Error

Hello, I tried a code that import Google Ortools, it always came up with this problem

I tried this code in Spyder, there's no problem. But in blender it has a issue

Any idea to handle this error?

Errors

Loading in the script as an addon works fine but blender always crashes as soon as im trying to use the offset any edge. There is (most times) no error message blender simply closes. I managed to screenshot this error message. I hope you know what is wrong or have i maybe done somthing wrong whilst installing it?

Offset edges random failures.

I have a complex mesh, where i want to get a extruded mesh, but the result is randomly distorted. On some edges everything is as expected, but on other there a failures. The topology of the base mesh is uniformal, so there shoulndt be such failures?! Could this be a precision issue?!

Error when trying to enable in 2.79 (encoded in UTF-8)

I am getting the following error when I try and enable the add-on in Blender 2.79
