What is the Blue Flag API?

It contains apis for vehicle data and searches by using sources such as Austroad's NEVDIS database as well as Blue Flag's own data sets.

Issue with plate_search file path

I have downloaded blueflag package from npm but while using this package with node js, an error is thrown as same as npm's Try on runkit feature.

I have attached SS, Please help me with the same.
