An option to skip SSL verification
I wish there was an --insecure or a similar flag to skip TLS verification. I'm running BCHD's GRPC behind nginx (for logging) and therefore it makes no sense to go through the hassle of getting real certificates for GRPC. I've hacked something by editing the file, but I wish there was some option for this
