Angular2 app, built on top of angular2-seed, that can be run on Heroku in NodeJS.

Requires

1. Angular2 (beta)
2. Environment Variables:

• CUSTOM_APP_DOMAIN - Custom domain, if not run on Heroku
• GMAIL_APP_EMAIL - Email address for logging into Gmail account
• GMAIL_APP_PASSWORD - Password for the email address used for sending
• GMAIL_SENDER_EMAIL - Email address including name, e.g.

  "Jake the Dog <[email protected]>"

• GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY - Google Maps API key
• GOOGLE_ANALYTICS_ID - Analytics id for tracking
• INSTAGRAM_IMAGE_IDS - List of comma separated public Instagram image ids
