[critical] Boost is permenant if a player dies while being healed

Just had a game where the boost stuck after a player died while healing himself with active boost. This was fixed next wave when he healed himself again and was alive.

[critical] Boost applied to all players

Should only apply to the player who healed himself, not the whole team.

Mutator rework

[critical] Boost is being applied only if the last-joined player uses it

For some reason, the boost is taking last human pawn who joined the game as the master of the boost.

Issue:

• Global message showing wrong name (Name of last joined player)
• Boost activates only if last joined player uses it

Fix:

• PlayerController and HumanPawn need to be looked into.

Boost given to all players instead of Syringe User only

Explanation

When the user in need of healing uses the syringe, he AND his teammates are getting the boost. This needs to be fixed to and only the player getting the heal, gets the boost.

Possible fixes

Maybe switch the code to the mutator instead the AltFire class, but that creates an overhead. I'd assume if we can detect IF ONLY instigater then run the code.

Fix

Remove simulated, if that doesn't work, revert back to old Timer()
