Improvements

Make it possible to add a tooltip to a component, such as a button

Maybe put tooltip-btn behavior in a directive:

Or maybe tooltip-btn can add its attributes to fancy-button without wrapping it in another element:

I don't like this approach because it leaves the developer guessing what is happening. The directive makes it clear what element the button attributes and behavior will be added to.

Declare what events should open the panel

Boolean props should suffice
