Implement a simple mechanism which purpose is to:

• find pictures / movies files from an input directory (new bunch of pictures)
• use md5 sume to identify simple duplications
• using exif info to rename and organize files following pattern YYYY/MM/DD/<ISO8601 TS>.<MD5>.<filetype>
• sync the new pictures with a reference library (also using file names / md5 to avoid duplicates)

The following code organizes MOV and MP4 files:

exiftool \
  -if '$mediacreatedate and ($filetype eq "MOV" or $filetype eq "MP4")' \
  -d '%%d/%Y/%m/%d/%Y-%m-%dT%H%M%S.%%f.%%e' \
  '-filename<mediacreatedate' \
  -r $TMP_LIBDIR_MOVIES

Issue is that it would not work with (my) AVI files (I will add an example file in the related PR).
