Timezone management is not working as well as it should in user preferences. The main problem is that browsers still do not report the daylight saving setting, so we need to add this manually to a user profile. It would be nice to simply provide a selection of timezones based on the users country selection.

v3.1 error replicated on 2 different servers running php5 and Postgres 9.1

Clicked menu Administration > Edit Users >
Bitweaver page will show, with top menu and "Admin Users" header, but "Internal server error" message appears in page body section.

Can't change user Real Name in User Preferences. The Real Name chosen during installation is retained.

I'm not an expert, but I think it's incorrect to assign a "non-user" (user_id -1) to Registered (group_id 3). In my opinion this user should be assigned to Anonymous (group_id -1).

Example side effect: Assigning a "Registered" group in Module Layouts (or Settings) is irrelevant, because all users are registered. Looks like a code error, but it's not.

Known effect of removing any group assignment from Guest: If any modules are hidden from non-users (Anonymous), the settings loaded by default have many permissions missing (see Permission Maintenance) and will force login page for all unregistered visitors. One has to know that the permissions need to be assigned, and then guests may browse the site.
