Design a basic user interface

A simple and clean user interface is required which is not too heavy to load. Mocks should be prepared for this to rope in suggestions from all members.

Discuss and design models

The first step towards making this web application should be designing models. The models should be designed in consultation with the SIG co-ordinators and should include all necessary fields.

Map the view functions to the corresponding URLs

The view functions need to be mapped with the necessary URLs.

Use of dev_sig

The Readme file does not explain the requirement of two apps, 'about_sig' and 'dev_sig'. Can't we merge those two apps into one, say, 'main'?

Create necessary view functions

The view functions will implement the core functionality of the application.
An API document also needs to be prepared along with this. The document will contain the API endpoints exposed by the backend to be used by the frontend.
