Whe two entries are attemppted back to back, the first one is successful, When submit is clicked for the next entry, the modal screen remains open with empty fields and all have error messages that they are required. Populating them again has the sem result. The Add.vue file matches the one in the repositry. An example error from the console is:

After reload, first time its save data but second time its not working.
