Example Binder with environment.yml

A Binder-compatibible repo with an environment.yml file.

The environment.yml file should list all Python libraries that your notebooks depend on, specified as though they were created using the following conda commands:

source activate example-environment
conda env export > environment.yml

Note that the only libraries available to you will be the ones specified in the environment.yml, so be sure to include everything that you need!

example-conda-environment's Issues

BUG: "Proxy target missing"

Loads for a bit. Then message appears when clicking on the badge.

Update example for beta

The current example doesn't seem to work with the beta version of Binder. Also tried a couple of forks, but didn't get anything to work either. Any thoughts on how to get example working with conda?

Example ipynb is bugged

On the last cell I get:

Help with gurobi channel.

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to get the gurobi channel to work in Anaconda. Here are instructions for installing the gurobi channel on a local machine: https://www.gurobi.com/documentation/6.5/quickstart_mac/installing_the_anaconda_py.html. Could you please help me get this to work in binder? I am excited about getting this to work.
