Let me start of by saying this is an awesome extension! Well done to the author(s).

Recently I had to go through a couple of loops to get it fully working within my project and I just wanted to bring this to your attention.

The version I am currently using: 0.0.8

Running the following command at first didn't work:

./node_modules/.bin/swagger-inline ./api/controllers/*.ts --base ./api/swagger/swagger-base.yaml --out ./api/swagger/swagger.yaml

I then had to add executable privileges to node_modules/swagger-inline/build/index.js

This however didn't fix the issue. I suddenly had an undefined error after running the command.

I then resorted to the following which fixed it for me.

cd node_modules/swagger-inline 
npm install 
npm build
chmod +x build/index.js 
cd ../../ 

Now when I run:

./node_modules/.bin/swagger-inline ./api/controllers/*.ts --base ./api/swagger/swagger-base.yaml --out ./api/swagger/swagger.yaml

Everything worked fine from this point onwards.
