Required step to setup Liquibase - mssql on Windows - mssql-jdbc_auth-11.2.1.x64.dll

I followed your documentation and when I executed the update command it gave me an error of mssql-jdbc_auth-11.2.1.x64.dll was unable to load.

I added the dll in the Liquibase/jre/bin folder then it started to work

Exception Occurred During Liquibase Update with 'liquibase --changeLogFile=masterchangelog.xml update' Command

While executing the command 'liquibase --changeLogFile=masterchangelog.xml update,' an exception occurred. Please find exeption below.

Unexpected error running Liquibase: Connection could not be created to jdbc:sqlserver://localhost:1433;integratedSecurity=false;database=database_name with driver com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver. "encrypt" property is set to "true" and "trustServerCertificate" property is set to "false" but the driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption: Error: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.

I add encrypt = false in liquibase.properties "url=jdbc:sqlserver://localhost:1433;encrypt=false;database=Database_Name"
