There are no event listeners for any of the corresponding emits.

This would allow the router to support both hash bang urls and push state urls:

Here are some examples when duplicate is set to true for the route: /gallery/:id

Going from /gallery/1337 to /gallery/1338 works as expected.
Going from /gallery/1337 to /gallery/1337 will not cause a reload.
Going from /about to /about will not cause a reload.

Sometimes I have wanted to update the hash without triggering a route. E.g. When scrolling a page we may want to update the url as the user scrolls to each section of a page.

Perhaps something like framwork.go('sectionId', {silent: true});

The router should not be tied to hashbang urls.

Maybe the router can be a generic object that takes in workers.

This way you could for instance have routes get changed from a web socket.
