Update the help entry for kill to include consider

When non-immortal characters are grouped, they do not immediately earn group bonus experience. Instead, a member of the party must first level while grouped, then everyone earns the bonus.

When a non-imm character enters a room with the ATRIUM flag, it causes the mud to crash.

When an NPC is not standing, neither autocon indicators, nor an Imm's ability to see the NPC's level are displayed.
