biglybt-plugin-speedscheduler's Issues

pause not working on multi tag torrents

pausing seeding torrents for a certain tag enabled but does not work when torrent has multiple tags. when only the configured tag exists on torrent it does correctly "stopped (speed scheduler)".

the speed limits are applied correctly.

fyi:
the text based way of speed limiting stops correctly: https://github.com/BiglySoftware/BiglyBT/wiki/Speed-Limit-Scheduler
enable=yes
daily def from 00:00 to 00:00 start_tag:u
daily def from 12:00 to 12:30 stop_tag:u

plugin version 1.7.8
Java 1.8.0_181 (64 bit) Oracle Corporation
SWT v4942r22, win32, zoom=100, dpi=96
Windows 7 v6.1, amd64 (64 bit)
B2.7.0.3_B28/4 az3

configurable pause or stop

gui saies pause but it actually stops torrents.

better having an option to choose either.

pause should at least remember if torrent was forced or normally running especially for seeding torrents. torrents that need to be stopped can be worked around by not using tag with applied speeds limits.

reason is that pause should remember the state it had before, so when starting again it should restore the previous status like forced seeding, normal seeding, stopped and also normally paused

fyi:
the internal scheduler has pause_tag on wich start_tag does not work and one has to use resume_tag but that does not remember previous state either, unlike when normal manual pause.

Show the current time

Hi,
I've been having issues lately where the downloads are stopped at the wrong time, I have the following rules:

daily pause_all from 08:00 to 01:00
daily resume_all from 01:00 to 08:00

but for some reason the torrents are getting paused at around 06:00 so I need to know what does the current time that biglybt is getting from the system to pinpoint the problem, maybe there is somewhere in biglybt that shows the current time and date but I haven't found it.

Regards

Doesn't working

I tried every way. Also you can't limit upload speed to "1,2,3kb/s". If you do this your download speed will be reduced "2,4,6kb/s"
