We do not need the help button on the toolbar if it is in the footer bit.

Remove the help app from the toolbar

We need to relocate the Upload an Item and the Request an Item buttons on the tool bar to within the File Manager app

If we make a new project, and go into that project on the side bar, we can see updates from wrong projects on the timeline

We need to add functionality for a user to be able to create a project and become an admin of that project.

Admins of projects can then invite users to projects they are admins of

Portal_PoC (forked https://github.com/BIMscript/portal_PoC) needs to be uploaded to the new infrastructure (Docker, Vagrant etc)

Currently, when a user registers, an email gets sent to us, as the webmasters, and we confirm them as users on the webmaster end of the portal and assign them to projects. The new procedure should be:

1. user registers,
2. user receives email,
3. user verifies email,
4. registration complete
5. upon logging in, users can create a project or wait to be invited to one.

Outstanding issues

• Fetch php server. This needs more consideration as purely pulling from Github means we can't have live preview, and purely using a synced local repository means extra setting is needed in the server. Idea: pull from github on local anyway, while using a synced folder which is initially empty.
• Build php server docker image
• Build mysql server docker image
• Run containers

If the user creates their own project and become admin of that project.

Inside that project -> inside the project team app, a button needs to be there so a user can invite other users to the project.

Sometimes, chat messages appear twice. This can happen to the sender upon sending and has also happened to a receiver when getting a new message.

It seems that the longer time goes on, gradually when messages are reloaded the duplicates disappear... odd

Move the following functions from the webmaster end to the user end:

Projects
Renders
Issues
File Upload

There are several issues like this with responsiveness when the site is resized. I will continually attach pictures as I find these issues

The BIMportal, located at the current domain portal.bimscript.com, is being pushed from the old BitBucket repo - this needs to be updated to the new GitHub repo

All files uploaded, activities logged, messages sent, the 3D model, the issues uploaded, site photographs and renders are displaying from all projects within specific projects.

They need to be unique to each specific project.
