Does this need faktory, or is it the one recommended and documented?

sudo apt-get install git
sudo git clone https://github.com/dabinat/DeepSpeech.git
cd DeepSpeech/
sudo git checkout timing-info
cd ..

In the specified git repo there is no branch with the name timing-info. Whereas on selecting the master branch the corresponding tensorflow git branch doesn't have the files mentioned in the BUILD.

In this step: Running Rails Application, Go to rails root directory and execute following commands, Install dependencies, "bundle install"
I have this error:
