Send an alert into Slack when a light is not reachable

Add ability to configure alert message

You should be able to configure Slack alert messages. Three messages can be configured:

• when light comes back reachable
• when light is not reachable
• when light turns on

Add three environment variables:

• ALERT_MESSAGE_LIGHT_REACHABLE
• ALERT_MESSAGE_LIGHT_NOT_REACHABLE
• ALERT_MESSAGE_LIGHT_ON

These three environment variables must be optional and have a default value. Default value must be:

• ALERT_MESSAGE_LIGHT_REACHABLE=Light %{[name]} *came back reachable* at %{[@timestamp]}
• ALERT_MESSAGE_LIGHT_NOT_REACHABLE=Light %{[name]} *was no longer reachable* at %{[@timestamp]}
• ALERT_MESSAGE_LIGHT_ON=<!channel> Light %{[name]} *went on* at %{[@timestamp]}
