This nodes IP should be added to localhost's hosts.txt for later reference

Upon attempting to download a image from another node that is within a site's files it fails, making the file but not filling it with any data.

When a modification is made to a page this modified page should be pushed to all hosts that have the page #1 should be done before this as any bob or joe could modify any pages

Allows for syncing hosts.txt with other nodes, view loaded pages ect
